Find Your Way Around Dublin Castle
The ticket office in Dublin Castle is located in the State Apartments. Guided tours start here and take you first to the site of Viking Excavation, then to the Chapel Royal, and finally into the State Apartments. If you choose our self-guiding ticket option, you may proceed straight from the ticket office to visit the State Apartments.
Please refer to the information issued by the conference organiser to determine if your conference is held in the Conference Centre, Bedford Hall, or the Printworks.
The State Apartments are fully wheelchair accessible as are the Terrace Café and the Castle Gardens (including the Coach House). There are universally accessible toilets in the State Apartments.
The Chapel Royal is partially accessible at ground floor level. The Viking Excavation is only accessible by stairs. Please contact us if you need assistance in this area.
Buggies and prams cannot be taken into the State Apartments – we will store these for you during your visit. Please ask a member of our team at the information desk for assistance.
